Not to be "..all about the numbers" , but it does a body good to review often. My # is 145.2. My fat 26.5%. My water is 57%. Bone is 5.0. Muscle is 11.3%. Smart Scale must be wrong! % does not add to 100%. But I think around this...by considering the way I have come...so calmly Keto on! 😜!!!!!
