Soups are good for you.. specially just before the winter. People making soup in winter for flu and colds and cold days are fine.. but you need to eat these soups before winter.. Your body uses all these vitamins and nutrients. It's when your lacking some vitamins or something is just a little wonky or get a slight flu.. when it takes you down. If the body is 100% , the flu won't even touch you. You might get the sniffels for a few hours or 1day and then nothing more.
