EEEKKKK each day, especially weekends and evenings are getting more and more difficult to resist temptation, but another day/evening/night passed and so far so good. Although I did eat dinner late and more than I had planned, but it was all on my woe; slow cooked chicken thighs and spaghetti squash with olive oil and other seasonings, tasted soooo yummy. Thank goodness there are no NOT on my plan foods in the house at the moment or I would have snacked through the night. Had issues sleeping last night but maybe since I took my vitamins late in the day. I can't stomach them earlier. Very early I was at 169.4 but my normal weigh time (around 7-7:30) it was 168, so I'll take that one! But i'm not posting it to my 'scale' until it is below the 167.6 which was a few weeks ago before my off eating & having too much wine. Didn't go to the gym yesterday and probably not today, just don't feel up to going anywhere and I like to stay home some on the weekends. Maybe I'll do an exercise dvd this afternoon. I meet with a trainer at the gym tomorrow after work to learn the different machines they have there so Hope that gets me motivated to go more often.
