Hi Kelly140; It's great to see you back on FS with all your super meals. For a while I thought you had gone. I reached my target in Sept of 175 lbs from 216l bs then started treatment for a health problem so I backed off FS and just peeped once in a while. The doc put me on prednisone for the condition and one of the side affects is weight gain. So far I've put on 15 lbs but starting to cut back on quantity to get it under control. Happy to hear you are feeling better so keep the faith and the lbs will come off. Take care.

Hey Rick... I’m glad you’re getting things under control. Good to hear from you again. I did kinda drop out fir a while. It was a rough winter, meds the doc put me on causes depression and weight gain. And the more I gained the more depressed I became.... I added 42 pounds on in total. And truth be told I’m really struggling with getting back on and sticking to a diet. I never seem to have the energy to exercise, work out or do yoga. But I’m not giving up. And FS helps.

Proud of both of you for sticking to this! You know how to do it. Kelly140 self care will help you get back on track and remember it is a work in progress. We can build up our tools to take care of ourselves. Healthy eating is a great place to start 🤗
