In a sporty mood today. Exercising intermittent fasting. Do you know that it is better to eat during daylight hours? It's because the enzymes in our body are light sensitive. Food gets better digested with a presence of a daylight.

Better digested means that vitamins and nutrients are extracted and processed in the most efficient way.
