Thank you I can’t complain will love to be 10 lbs lighter but I’m starting to understand how muscle works, I love working out but also eating the bad stuff wine and chocolate are my middle names 🤦🏻♀️😂I was doing amazing for my 40th Birthday, then my siblings, kids, best friends birthdays, the holidays, vacations and so on... but I’m back 😉
