They are delicious and so easy to make. Hollow out your avocado, crack an egg in each half. Sprinkle with a dash of pepper. And 1/2 to 1 tbsp bacon crumble. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top each with 1/8 cup cheese each and bake for additional 10 minutes.
