Every little downward movement is great. I need to keep reminding myself of this. 600 g over a day is good right.
I really want follow a Keto diet plan but I’m still struggling with limiting my carbs. So, for the near future I will be counting my calorie intake and intermittent fasting.
Sounds like a good plan. Tomorrow’s weigh in should prove it.
