Sharons Victory's Journal, 05 Dec 18

I've been realizing I haven't lost much of anything the last month and a half.

Not really pleased with myself...

BUT - I'm going to thank God I'm back to my lowest and try to remain focused that if I do not binge and keep on track from today on that I will finally lose again. The binging is what is stopping me.

It's definitely getting a tiny bit more challenging the smaller I get...cheating can't happen as frequently without sacrificing losses anymore.

When I slip up and binge I sacrifice a week of results!

Don’t give up! You got this! Even though it sucks to be in that space of plateau, you’ll push through. I’ve hit mine for 2 month with no result. I just let my body catch up, and now I think it’s ready to loose more. Binging sucks, and you feel like you’re not in control at all. You’re not alone in this. Just remember to be kind to yourself and to your body.

That, my friend, indicates how well you're listening to your (new) body... so, kudos to you in that. Most folks (not on a journey to wellness) don't pay the triggers and signals any mind... especially around the holidays. A victory, indeed - proud of you!

I'm right there with you. Cheating is great in the second but I don't feel good after, then I have the guilt, and then I ruin my progress... It's not worth it. We just have to stay strong.
