Lunch done and dusted. Day 15 on the 28day diet and going strong. I already lost 3,5kg need to lose another 7. Slowly but surely I will get there..👍🏼💪🏻💪🏻

It’s not that difficult, it’s all about your mindset. I find weekends the hardest.
