had to get up earlier to rush to work this morning, so things a bit rushed. Had my snack at breakfast and my breakfast at 9:30 morning snack time, but I'll leave it on the menu as is since it calculates to the same and I made my notation here to myself. Hopefully this week will be the end of the rushing things at work, I'm stressed. But I'll be ok.

came home early today, had a bad headache. I feel a little better now.
