Good morning all! For the past 3 weeks I have not been up to par with my workouts been so busy that to tired to get to it. It seems that i have been walking about 5km daily though just from daily routines of walking throughout the day. Crazy! Anyway think it's a good break for my body so when I do get my routine going again it's going to shave off some weight. I'm feeling good though.
I need definition in my muscles. will get the 3 times weekly weight training going again. I never weigh myself, I think it just depresses a person. I go on how my clothes fit and how I feel. so far so good. I hope you all have a great day! 😀
