I've went down to 80kg and up to 81kg again. Gym is not helping with the scale, at least I'm losing cm's.
81 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes a scale can lie and I prefer to check yourself every morning when you stomach is empty so you can know where you are regarding your weight.
