A very Good Morning 🌞 to everyone.
Just to answer some Qs:
I did a water fast for 5 days, was drinking water and ACV, and water with Pink salt.
I was rope skipping everyday (1000-1500 skips).
I did squats, lunges and plank depending on how strong I was feeling.

Post Fasting: broke fast with a Veggie smoothie, 3 hrs after I ate steamed Veggies and fried Sheep liver 😂😂(It was so good😅) and I started my IF 19/5.

Good thing is I get full quickly now, before I could eat 3 plates🙈🙈.So this fast helped me alot...Im gnna stick to eating healthy and less cant go back to bad habits.

5 days fasting with skipping, lunges, squats AND planks?!!!😱😱😱😱😱 I’m sure you even ran a 20km in between 😑😑😑 Hai Sinoza! This is next level stuff! 😅You are putting us to so much shame 🤣🤣🤣 that’s it! I’m done! You have raised the bar too high 🙈🙈 On the real! can I just say how proud we are of you. It sounds like such a hectic programme but it really goes to show how much our bodies can “support us” if we take care of them. I am doing a mini 48 hours fast but I will try and incorporate what you did also. You have inspired me 💪🏾 Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

🤣🤣🤣Lol Mandi, I was scared of running in case I fall lol...Thank you for the support darling, I think its good to get the heart rate up...and fasting teaches us to respect food... All the best on your 48hrs.
