It’s my first week using this app... and I discovered that my ratio for each day looks good except my breakfast is really small and my lunch is my biggest meal for the day... is that okey? I feel really good when I eat a big healthy lunch.

You don't need to eat breakfast. I do intermittent fasting and only have lunch and dinner. some days only one meal a day. fasting a minimum 16 hours a day.
