28 days into my weight loss journey. Had some ups and downs but I do manage to go to the gym at least five times a week. Spending 30 minutes to an hour doing cardio for 20 minutes and 30 weights and stretches. My weight loss hasn't been consistent. Last week lost 0.3kg but the week before that it was 1kg. But I want to transform myself. I am tired of being fat
