thought I posted last night but guess not, or maybe it is lost in cyberspace? Went to 24/7 fitness for my trainer session WOW was he a tough one! Really nice & good but WOW I am so sore today. I was going to get up early and go today before work or maybe after work, BUT no way, I could just about move at work and I had to work some of the day in the machine shop, So I am going to have a warm epsom salts bath and turn in early this evening. I will really try to get up early tomorrow morning and stop on my way into work, seems to work best for me if done then! OK, so today is day 1 of not sure how many days, we will start with 3 and see how it goes, on the new fat fast. I'll post food, it is the same each day unless I switch it up with the 2 different versions, which is possible. My son comes back Sunday so I'll probably go off it then until during the week next week and then my other son will be home in a couple weeks for an extended time (looking for a job) with family (wife & 2 little ones) so I know things will be hectic then. So I'm hoping to drop & keep off this weight before then!
OH, and the weight over the weekend binging is at 164 but I'm going to 'wait' to post the 'weight' until Friday.

I can so relate, I use to lift hard! the next day just lifting a fork was hard, feel the burn! I look forward to following your progress!

After a hard w/o a 24hr break to recuperate is normal.
