😭😭😭😭 it’s been such a journey! 9.7 kgs in 11 weeks! Such a long way to go but I’d be lying if I said I was not content..this lifestyle is not easy but so worth it!

123 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
