how is it that I'm 215? doesn't feel real. i keep second guessing my weight...like...is my scale messing up? is it just water weight? any time I've lost weight in the past i went to spin class 5 days a week...but this time I've been focusing more on diet and not working out as hard or as often...so i feel like i haven't earned it. i still feel the same...there's little differences like my legs crossing easier or feeling bones i couldn't feel before when I'm waking up in bed...i feel like a fraud...like I'm not losing...what's wrong with me? i keep telling myself I'll believe it when I'm under 200...that'll be my pinch that makes me know this is reality. i feel like I'll just wake up and find out my scale has been wrong this entire time...or maybe what I've been doing will just stop working one day??? i have a hard time believing i could not be fat someday...what??? if I'm not far i don't even know what that would be like

Believe it! You deserve it! I’m concentrating more on diet this time too. Last time I exercised 2 hours a day and with 4 kids not I just can’t maintain that. Plus - food is my issue, food is what needs to change. I can totally relate to your body feeling different and feeling bones you couldn’t feel before! It’s awesome!

I understand how you feel...I can even convince myself at times that I haven’t really changed and look the same. But I can fit into things I never dreamed I could and it’s easier to do everything now. You’ve done amazingly well! Good job👍

I remember I had an issue before like, everyone commented I losing weight, scale said I was losing weight n I would look at myself in the mirror n saw no change 😳😭 Ones I started taking pictures 😱

I read somewhere that you get thin in the kitchen and get fit in the gym. Your diet will definately drive your weight loss. The workouts will get you fit but you can't run off bad food intake.
