Tomorrow night is my red eye flight to Texas! I think I'll weigh 216 tomorrow (cause I was so close this morning) - so that'll be 8 lbs heavier than I was last time I went...so they might not even notice lol.

On a personal note - after a few of you pointed out that I lost the pep in my step from the sound of my last venting journal entries, and encouraged me to read my own older posts to encourage myself, it brought it to my attention that dating failures are really a big trigger for bad eating for me...so I decided to delete my dating apps on my phone and just take a little break and fall back in love with life and find my happiness finally and give this weight loss my full attention...learn to love myself. So THANK YOU! :) <3

AND - I also want to add, before anybody says it...I DO NOT believe that you can't find love until you love yourself...a lot of people say that but I don't believe it...that would imply that everyone that is in a relationship loves themselves more than the people that are single and I don't believe that's the case!

Anyways...lol

Somebody please remind me to choose lower carb veggies next meal prep cause this one is really throwing me over lol.

I agree! I love my husband more than life and have always hated myself lol. ugly way to say it but totally true. great job by the way and be safe! p.s. I was deleting all of my apps and took a chance on responding to "one more" message because the guy was cute, we've been together 5 years now 😂 love comes when you least expect it! ❤

I have a male friend that met the LOVE of his life when he was 80+ pounds over weight.....he had a love at first sight experience, they started dating and he lost all of the extra weight he was carrying around in about 8 months.

Have fun on your trip and don't worry about whether or not they notice! You look great! Especially with a smile on your face! and in regards to finding love; I think it is important to know yourself first. It makes relationships easier; just my opinion :D
