DistantMidget's Journal, 15 Jun 18

Just ate nearly half a kilo of baked veg with a cheese topping and a fishcake for good measure.
I was hungry after two days of mostly fruit, but I'm still 'only' on around 1500 calls for the day.

Which feels wrong having eaten so much, but it does just show if you avoid calorie dense foods,
You can still eat very well, and not feel hungry.

Yeah fruit has fibre which makes them better than sweets but the body process them as glucose and that’s stored as fat if you’re not actively using it.
