Morning all from SA, remember consistency is the only way to get through this journey. Don't let the weekend get in the way. Love your body from Monday to Sunday, I read somewhere that eating well is a form of self respect. Your body does a lot for you, be kind to it.

Weekends are getting better..I get that no sugar added sparkling water from Woolies, some almonds and biltong then I’m sorted..whatever unhealthy thing I crave, those will cover it.

I always cook my favourite meals on weekends so I don't have time to think about temptations. Be it oxtail or curry, so I have that to look forward to. And I make them lean
