Feeling on top of the world, giddy...happy....excited...THRILLED! <3 :) :) :)

I have so far to go but I'm so surprised at how far I've come...and the entire time it's just felt like baby steps every day! I don't lose fast...just slow and steady...and I haven't been perfect but I've been persistent!

Now that I've made it to 47lbs lost since I started my job people have just now started approaching me A LOT...asking me how I do it...that's how you know you are finally making a huge impact - when everybody starts wanting to ask you HOW! :)

And of course I say choose any diet you want...it really is 80% diet and 20% working out...but the most important thing you can do it USE FAT SECRET!! <3

One of the biggest tips I have is to log, log, log and NEVER stop logging!!! Even on a cheat day! Cheat days are even more important to log...there's something about seeing the cold hard truth that helps you not making it worse than it was or justify...it's just the truth staring you right in the face and it A. lessens consecutive cheat days B. See that it's not the end of the world and that it really does matter about consistency more than perfection :)

This is my third time losing weight but this time feels so different...this morning I told my mom while we were working out (she's my workout partner every day at 5am! :) ) "I'm finally going to make it to under 200 mom..this time I'm going to...I know it!" and she said "I know you are, I feel it too" and she smiled..and my mom is a tough cookie she doesn't say stuff like that...and she said "this time you have lived and had trial and error and I think you now have the tools to do it this time" <3

I'm cheering you on, Sharon! We have "top" and "goal" weights, and progress "maps," that are very close. It's really great that your Mom is on your side!

Yes, i just did my Fat Secret, and I,m down to goal weight, 55.8kg, and everyone, my two secrets that help me do it are, changed from wine to vodka, with soda water, and at night instead of scoffing carby icecream or grabbing for hubbys biccies, i put 2 tabs of cream in a cup and whip it with sugar free chocolate, sounds terrible eh, but it works for lme (not every night)

Yes I agree with you about logging food, I’ve always watched my weight but before coming on here I thought what the heck and I never weighed myself but could feel the weight creeping on, I stumbled on this site and I love it. I have now gone under my goal weight and I still have my sweets but I keep my calories under control. All the best to you and everyone.

congrats!! Yes you're right fs does help make us accountable for what we eat and how much!! I only realized after calorie counting that I could consume 3000 easy in a day! you're doing awesome keep it up!

Yes. I also feel 200 or lower. Is about confidence, planning, prepping meals. Key to weight loss. And then understanding, food is fuel and pleasure. Not pleasure Alone.i can feel perfectly satisfied and happy with a weight loss diet. It is yummy and good. And losing weight. Yes!
