To those struggling winter blues and have too many temptations lurking... Try watching "That Sugar Film" it seems to have worked well for me at keeping my cravings in check and has been a great repellent to sugar. On the surface we know sugar is bad but this documentary takes it to another level to demonstrate the damaging effects of sugar. Watch it and let me know what you think. It's available on Showmax.
