120 cal ~ very light breaky; 1/4 cup cooked egg whites (30), 1/4 boiled potato (43), 1/2 large tomato (18), teaspoon feta (21) over a cup of raw spinach or greens, with salsa if you wish. I just microwaved the egg whites and used cold potato.
