Another excellent presentation. I often add pollock to my salads and it really gives them a nice boost.

I love in salads too... but in all honesty my favourite way to have it is mixed with a bit of mayo diced celery n green onion and surrounded by a fresh soft pita bread with lettuce and shredded cheese... ok wow I wish I could get pita here lol

I gather you are somewhere up north so how difficult is it to get the produce you have. Your dishes make it look like you have access to most everything. In another month or two I intend to make some of your dishes. Hope they will look as appetizing as yours do.

Rick Barlow I currently work in small Inuit or Aboriginal communities, hamlets and reservations through out northern and Arctic Canada with varying levels of isolation. So depending on where I am and the size of the community certain thing are or may not be available (smaller communities have just basic groceries while larger have more selection). I say currently because I’m planing on going back to school next year, I need a career change... been too long working in finance. And if truth be known I miss the “real world” lol I once considered culinarily school but I don’t think I could cut... I’d never be able to cuss as much and Gordon Ramsey, hahahahaha

Try cutting you finger with a knife just used to slice an onion - that'll help get the cussing going. 😀

Hahahahaha Jamaica...

I did that a few years ago with a VERY sharp knife. I was into my finger before I knew it - didn't feel it happen. Then I realized what I had been cutting. I took a deep breath and held it, waiting for the unpleasantness to come. Then the pain hit me. I exhaled that pent-up breath with a stream of profanities, half of which was made up words. I am now extremely careful when using those Henkels. 😐
