fml fasting today 😥😤 anyone else a Faster????? or need advice on how to plan 1?
81 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

just my preference and opinion, i always break my fast with a fruit of some kind, i feel the natural sugar always makes me feel refreshed and satisfied after a long day of fasting

i break my longer fasts with a bite of yoghurt to soothe my stomach into it. Then I'll have bone broth.

oh wow more bone broth, is that quite a common thing? litterally so many people talk about it...it must be good
