the 1st of January I weighed in at 92 kgs , ten months later I'm at 77.5 kgs . if there's one thing I learned is , have a goal , set a plan and stay disciplined
77.5 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
