Need to prioritise weight training over cardio sessions. Must increase to three times weekly.
Sunday continues to be my 1000cal workout day by Rowing and cycling.
Jogging increase to 4k twice a week from 3k
Rowing only Sundays or when I can't run.
Feeling constantly sire and tired.
Went out for slow jig ended up beating previous time.
It's really tough losing those last 5kg's. Nothing worth achievement comes easy xx
103.5 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
