What a month it's been. I've been running and lifting - on a very good schedule, exercising 6 days a week! But then I took a break over this past weekend - nothing on Friday, Sat, Sun, Monday - but I hit the weights today! I know my biggest problem is the intake. I've got to recommit to the calorie counter on my blackberry!!!
