105.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Didn't do weight training. Was worried I get sick with all flu going around. Luckily the cardio done is running and cycling helped the immune system strong. Weight training starts next week.Will add rowing til then.
