This week started using artificial sweeteners in my green tea , coffee, rooibos, capicinos .
Continue with warm water and lemon mornings.
In between all that sip water. Never thought I'd do it but who cares I'm using a straw to help me drink more water. observing women can be helpful 😉
vitamin C 1000mg daily
Apple cider vinegar tabs
no further changes to diet.
increase morning cycle to 30 min Sunday 60 min
weight training unchanged.
Jogging - speed / pace changing working well.
looking forward my Rowing machine workouts
Feeling sore all the time but good at the same time. Trying to have a full 7 he sleep is still a dream.

Wow! Your exercise sounds inspiring!! I need to start doing some weight training as well - just too cold (and perhaps lazy) :-)

Yea it's been cold here too which I like. Unfortunately after my morning cycle Tuesday my nose hasn't stopped running. Hate it! No training for a day or two I hope only.
