Still continuing with IF and I've dropped cardio. Only do weights 3 times a week. Progress slowed because I shamelessly drank champagne from sunrise to sunset over the long weekend. It's usually around this time where I've reached my short term goals and then I start slacking and before I know it I find myself gaining. Self sabotage is my thing. Anyway I hope to control it. Problem is when it comes to myself I can never think long term so once I've reached a goal I'm then like "what now? ". OK enough Dr. Phil, hope you guys are working hard.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
