It's crazy how what takes months to lose takes just days to gain! This fitness and health thing isn't fair sometimes! Anyway enough whining, no one to blame but myself (and whoever invented burgers, pizza, alcohol)
79 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Actually you don't put on the same amount of fat in a few days that you lost in a few months. You are seeing weight which is the overall sum of your fat, muscle, waste, water, blood, bones, organs, etc. When you go off plan, you can pick up water weight very quickly so don't let that deter you from getting back on track. The scale is very misleading so always keep track of measurements as well.

You are quite right. Weighed myself again this morning and I was back to 77kg. I then realized I am addicted to what those damn numbers say and I am obsessed with the scale since I now weigh myself everyday. Will definitely not be obsessing over how much I weigh from now on.
