I've realized that weekends are the end of me, more specifically alcohol! I was doing so well then the weekend came and I ate anything and everything. I didn't even think about it because I was drinking all kinds of shots and vodka so I didn't stop to think about what I was eating. Need to work on my drinking habits otherwise I'll never reach my goals.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

You are NOT alone, if I was able to hibernate over weekends I would be skinny... For me it is usually the wine, although I just have a glass or two BUT the problem is then like you I loose all my inhibition and end up over eating.
