This was a weekend of eating junk and it damn well shows.
I just cannot get back into the discipline and eating right much less exercising the way I used to! Was gyming 4/5 times a week........now can barely get up to do a 2km run.

Readings are always off after I've exercised, so might be that after warrior this weekend.
But looking at how I struggled with the 5km, to how I eased the 10km in July, it's def not off by much!


Fat: 30.2 -> 31.5
Water: 47.4 -> 46.5
Muscle: 30.5 -> 29.9
91 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week
