Muscle: 30.5 -> 30.4

Picked up weight but everything else is down, even muscle?
Morning jogging just not happening, I am just not a morning exercise person. Big change.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
