Fat: 28.6 -> 30.7
Water: 47.8 -> 47.1
Muscle 30.9 -> 30.3

Right. that's it. I'm going to have to be alot more careful with what I'm eating at home now and going to have to be far more diligent about exercise. It's thrown my whole routine out being back home and supporting dad but I HAVE to find a work around. I CANNOT go back to 90 - my lowest this year was around 82/83 and I am so far from that right now.

But, at least it's gonna be fun losing the weight again! ;-)

How do you measure your fat / water and muscle?

Hi Msalicat1 - I have one of those scales you get from like clicks or dischem with the two metal contacts on the scale. When you weigh it reads the fat, muscle etc.
