Fat: 25.7 -> 28.9
Water: 50.5 -> 48.3
Muscle: 32.8 -> 31.2

Oooops!!!!!
I really really overindulged yesterday and my body clearly struggled to process the protein, fat and sugar I took in over the last two days!

Oh well, back to gym! ;-)
86.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 10.3 kg a Week
