After all that (the holiday and all its food) going up 2 isn't so bad. But it does mean that I've got 2 more to lose now.
Today I start two challenges, and I hope some of you join me.
Both challenges have completion dates of Valentines Day. One is to run a 5K (I'd like to be able to do this in under 20 minutes) and the other is to lose 30lbs by then. I am confident I will be able to accomplish the first, the second will be harder and both will be worth it!
Here comes 2010 - bring it on!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
