I need help m not really loosing weight 😖
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You don't always lose weight to get slimmer. You can even go higher in weight but become slimmer. Have u measured yourself to see if you are losing centimeters ?
