Finally the scale moved! Yesterday at lunchtime it said 174.6, but since that's not my usual weigh in time, I will go with todays numbers. It was so good to see those numbers though!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
