Taking on a new mind-set it's easy. I've been focused on quanitity of quality - making sure I eat the right amount of the right kinds of food.
Lots of water :)
And I'm even getting some exercise into the mix!
79.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
