Had 7 cheat days since my last weigh in so I was expecting a gain. The exercises I’m suppose to do is also becoming a bit repetitive and I seem to not be challenged by them anymore, which lead me to skip them these last few days…so I need to incorporate something else…😞
I also run my fastest 5k yesterday.

BMI 24.3
Body Fat 29.9%
72 kg Lost so far: 27 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week
