Had 7 cheat days since my last weigh in so I was expecting a gain. The exercises I’m suppose to do is also becoming a bit repetitive and I seem to not be challenged by them anymore, which lead me to skip them these last few days…so I need to incorporate something else…😞 I also run my fastest 5k yesterday.
