Hi there...I'm new to this forum, and I've also struggled hugely to lose weight for years, after carrying almost 100 kg for over 3 years! I've managed to finally begin the process and have lost almost 23 kg in 3 and a half months since last November. It has been a serious challenge but it really gets easier as you go, and I'm now used to new lifestyle. You can do it...just put your mind to it. Most importantly commit to losing the weight and be as disciplined as possible with your food intake! Follow your diet strictly and allow just a few treats each week! I never thought I would manage to lose more than about 5-10 kg, but eventually decided enough is enough...Just persevere - its really worth it!

try only get your calorie def to 200 cals, if you are in a huge deficit your likely to lose muscle mass witch lowers BMR, eat health proteins and fats and carbs are not your enemy learn the best times to take them (mornings, pre and post workout), good luck buddy

get your weight and measurements now and, If you are over 40 start your diet at 2200 cal for 3 weeks then only get back on scale to find your mean weight loss. Now read further on this link: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/articles/endomorph-bodybuilding-workout-diet-results Good luck and trying to loose the last few kg is tough can take a year plus but you will get there and stay there.
