Thought I would have lost since I did 2 hours and 50 minutes cycling in 9 days. But here we are.
I actually weighed myself Saturday, I was 76.1kg. So maybe it was Sunday Dinner.

BMI 26.1
77.4 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
