What a bad day yesterday for me, must still log all the bad stuff I had, can't believe I didn't gain anything.
Had a bad treat this morning but lunch and onwards will be healthy stuff only.
56.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You won't gain after 1 bad meal / 1 bad day - just pick yourself up and carry on ! We all have bad days - even bad weeks - it's okay, as long as you don't lose motivation and keep trying ! Good Luck :)
