Last time I excised was a month ago. I really need to tone up because body fat remains very high. I can also clean up my eating…But absolutely stoked. 😏
ONLY 5KG TO GO. (Lost 10.3kg in the last 3 months)

79 kg Lost so far: 20 kg. Still to go: 11 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the comment. Yes! Slightly unbelievable but let’s just hope the last 5kg is too hard.
