Really tried adding some exercise. In the past two weeks I did a 6km jog and 28km cycling in total. Weekends only. Happy with the loss.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
