No big changes. No eating after 8 and no more chocolates/snacks at night.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

those small changes make such a big difference. I did the same right in the beginning... I used to brush my teeth shortly after dinner to "close the shop" 😉 got me to break my own habits of scratching in the cupboards late at night
